With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Amanda Spencer serves as the Director of Business Development at Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital. Her background spans acute care, LTACHs, post-acute services, and senior living, where she has consistently driven census growth, strengthened physician relationships, and expanded market presence through strategic, data-informed leadership.

Amanda has held regional and corporate sales leadership roles leading multi-site marketing strategies and delivering consistent census growth across diverse markets. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Amanda combines clinical expertise with business strategy to build trust with physicians, case managers, and community partners. She is currently completing her MBA in Healthcare Management, further strengthening her ability to support sustainable growth and exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.
