Deborah is a nursing leader with over 20 years of nursing expertise, primarily in critical care departments in Orlando.    Deborah has a proven track record in developing and leading high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship. Her expertise in staff development and performance improvement has driven significant improvements in patient satisfaction and care delivery excellence.

 

Deborah holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Executive Leadership from the University of West Florida, and she is a Nurse Executive Board Certified (NE-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
