Kelly Dundee, MOT OTR/L, MBA

Kelly Dundee, MOT OTR/L, MBA, serves as Director of Patient Outcomes leading initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes, care coordination, and the patient experience. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous performance improvement.

With 25 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation, Kelly began her career as an Occupational Therapist, developing extensive expertise in the treatment of patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injury. For the past 15 years, she has held progressive leadership roles, combining her clinical background with a strategic approach to quality, operations, and patient outcomes.

Kelly earned her Master of Business Administration and is passionate about fostering collaborative teams, leading with empathy, and helping patients achieve the best possible rehabilitation outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Florida's beaches, museums, art festivals, and theme parks.
